Why Wedding Rings? – Starlette Galleria

Wedding rings have been used for centuries as a symbol of marriage and commitment. Wedding rings are worn on the 4th finger of the left hand because it is believed the vein in that finger leads to the heart. Anyone can go into depth on what a wedding ring symbolizes and the history behind them, but I want to talk about the real feelings that a wedding ring can stirr up in women. Because let's be honest, if wedding rings didn't make us feel a certain way, then we wouldn't spend so much time, effort, and money on them.

This One is For The Girls...
To all the single girls out there that haven't been asked, but pin rings on Pinterest, slow down in front of jewelry stores, and admire other women's rings; I have one piece of advice. You don't need permission from anyone to buy a ring. Go get yourself one: to you, from you. Consider it a gift without strings attached.

And The Mammas...
Life, a couple of babies, and a stressful job happen when you realize your finger isn't the delicate size 6 that it was when you first got engaged. It's heartbreaking for women when they have a wedding ring that no longer fits and financial priorities that no longer include diamonds.

The Penny Pinchers (I have been you)...
In a group of women with huge rocks and feeling inadequate with a more simple ring. Whether we want to admit it or not, our wedding rings are a status symbol. That is why stars don't go for a more modest one-carat ring, and people take out loans on rings they could otherwise not afford.

All Women.
Being a woman is hard, no matter what path we take, we always feel like we are lacking in some way or another. That is why I created Starlette Galleria. All women should be put on equal ground with their wedding ring. No matter what financial status, size, or stage of life, we can feel confident in the ring of our dreams and it doesn't have to set us back financially.

One of these rings is a natural diamond, and one is a simulated diamond. If they can't tell the difference, why should you? Check out these beautiful alternative wedding rings today.
