Return Policy
Our exchange and return policy apply to orders within 14 days of being delivered. If 14 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. If you send your package to us after 14 days, you will be responsible for returned shipping. Earrings or items in our "Sale" collection are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. All returns are accepted and declined at our discretion.
If you would like to return or exchange your item, you can do so through our Exchange and Refund Portal. You will need your order number and shipping zip code to get started. If you do not have your order number, please contact us at info@starlettegalleria.com
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. We offer a "Free Returns and Exchanges" as an add on to your order at checkout. If you opt to not purchase this, you will be responsible for purchasing a return shipping label as well as a $3 restocking fee for all returns.
Please note if you opt for store credit during the return or exchange process, it is valid for 1 year from the date of issue.
*** International Customers The "Free Returns and Exchanges" add on only applies to being provided a pre-paid label to return your product. If you wish to exchange for a different item there will be an additional shipping charge to send out your new product.
We do our best to get your orders out in a timely manner, typically within 2-3 business days of purchase. If there is a delay with your order, we will make all possible attempts to contact you to let you know. Unfortunately, once shipped we no longer have control of the delivery time of the package. We offer "Package Protection" to customers within the US, as an add on to your order at checkout. Package Protection does not cover undeliverable packages due to wrong or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

You have 30 days from the date your package shows delivered to file a lost package claim. After that date we cannot investigate, replace or refund your package.
International customers- we are not responsible for taxes or duty fees that may be added to your order by the carrier.

Warranty
We will replace a ring, if for any reason, the setting malfunctions within normal wear and tear in a 30-day period. Our warranty ONLY covers manufacturing defects. Damage incurred by the owner of the jewelry will not be covered.
If you believe your jewelry is experiencing a manufacturing issue, you can file a claim. You will need to the following info:
- Clear photos with all angles of the jewelry in question.
- Your name, order number or the email used when placing the order.
Once this information is received and our team has had a chance to inspect the conditions of the item, we will provide further instructions on how to proceed.
If you choose to purchase our extended warranty, you will be covered within normal wear and tear for an additional 6 months from receiving your ring. You may purchase your extended warranty HERE. The extended warranty only applies to one product. If you'd like to cover more than one item you will need to purchase a separate warranty for each item.
Return and exchange policies are subject to change.
The Fine Print
It is important to keep in mind that not all claims will be deemed a manufacturing defect. Some examples of common jewelry issues that are not considered manufacturing defects include but are not limited to the following:
- Discoloration or fading due to exposure to swimming pools, hot tubs, bathing or harsh chemicals found in everyday products.
- Items that are bent, caught or have worn out due to normal wear or other accidental damage.
- Stones falling out due to chipping, bent prongs, or misshapen settings resulting from wear.
Please note our warranty does not cover items that are lost or stolen
Please keep in mind that any maintenance, repair, resizing or other services will void the warranty on that item.
